Cartridge dust collector

Under the action of the main fan of the system, the dust containing gas enters the air box at the bottom of the dust collector from the air inlet at the bottom of the dust collector for pre-treatment, and then enters the dust removal room of the upper box from the bottom.

The dust is adsorbed on the outer surface of the filter cartridge,

and the filtered clean gas enters the clean air chamber of the upper box

through the filter cartridge and is collected to the outlet for discharge.

With the continuous filtration conditions, the accumulation of dust on the outer surface of the filter cylinder

will accumulate more and more, and the corresponding operation resistance of the equipment will increase,

in order to ensure the normal operation of the system, the upper limit of the dust collector resistance

should be maintained in the range of 1400 ~ 1600Pa, when exceeding this limited range,

the PLC pulse automatic controller should issue instructions through fixed resistance or timing.

Three state cleaning is carried out.

The cleaning process of the filter cartridge type dust collector is to first cut off the net gas outlet channel of a chamber,

so that the chamber is in a static state of air flow, and then the compressed air pulse is reversed to blow the ash,

and then after the natural settlement of a few seconds, the net gas outlet channel of the chamber is opened,

not only the ash is completely cleaned, but also to avoid the dust generated by the dust blowing.
